White Ruffled sleeves Blouse

I spend six days in a week in the office.Rarely do I get to enjoy my denim especially on weekdays.Denim is not part of my office dress code not unless you are lucky enough to attend one of those office training.This brings me to today's outfit post that I wore to a work related training.
When it comes to basic items I love going for interesting details like this buttoned down WHITE BASIC BLOUSE, Well this not just your average basic blouse, it got some details that am so loving.The buttoned-down ruffle sleeve blouse gave me chills when I saw it at Mr.Price it reminded me of 2016 SS fashion show I had watched last year and there was a lot of ruffles on the collection won by the models.

 The ruffles bring a character on this sleeve making it easier to dress up or dressed down personally, i can see myself pairing it with a number of items.

The Basic White Blouse, Part 1

I have been procrastinating a lot on starting this blog

 but here is to crawling, walking and eventually flying high!

 To debut is The Basic White Blouse Series. I think I own hmmm... well, I am not sure what the current count is, but my closet gravitates around the white blouse. Yes, they are basic  but ever so versatile.  They can be all sorts of exciting yet be plain as you need them to be. 

So to start the blog I thought to myself, why not show you how I play around with the mother of all basics.

 For this look, I wore a black trouser suit and paired it with a white polka dot cotton blouse from Mr. Price, Junction Mall and completed the look with my black court pumps from Backyard Shoes.

I bought the suit from a second-vendor in town a while back and I  could not help but fall in love with the details; single-button lapel, puff shoulders, pseudo-pocket detail and the frilled tail all accentuate this everyday black suit. 

And there you have it folks, the White Blouse may be basic but definitely never boring!
